Invaluable insight provided by Bobby, I just had my website revamped and there is still so much he pointed out I can do to improve conversions with CRO. Everything he pointed out makes perfect sense. As a suggestion, I would recommend he consider offering a gig extra for a written report as some of the points are not purely objective and I'm left to decide for myself (and with help from my web developer) what is the best route to go. With these things there isn't really a wrong answer, just testing and retesting but with so much information having it written out clearly from the start with each point would be really helpful for implementation.
