A heuristic review is “a review of your website by external web usability experts". I am a proper expert for you with 3+ years experience in usability testing, reviews and conversion rate optimisation.
How do I work?
1) I make heuristic review of key pages of your site. Of course, main page, product page, cart, page with plans, any other kind of pages. It depends on a plan you will choose, but my reports are detailed and consist of description and evaluation of more than 20 criteria. Of course, I will give you my professional opinion how to improve your website performance. You can use my advices as a base for a bunch of A/B experiments.
2) If you give me an access to your Google Analytics account (view mode) - I will be able to dig dipper and estimate conversion rates of step-by-step funnel and other website metrics.
3) If you are agree to install snippet of Hotjar in the
of your website page - I (and later you) will have an access to a mighty source of information about users' behaviour (heatmaps, recordings, scrolling etc)
